Design concept for the book Science in Sight by ETH Zurich, which is on the subject of photography and its contribution to science. The book is structured into a text part, an image series and a short description for the image archive of ETH Zurich.
The book is bilingual with one column for each language. The photographic inventory of the archive is represented by a multi-page sequence of images, which show the material in an entertaining, visually attractive way.
Sporadically, the pages are intermitted by double-page images of textures. Their purpose is to trigger the fascination for exploration and science, they are declared in an index at the beginning.
